SUPPLY OF MEDICAL GASES TO THE BED SIDE OF THE PATIENT
The following are the Medical Gases delivered in the Centralised Medical Gasses Pipeline System
– OXYGEN, NITROUS OXIDE, COMPRESSED AIR / VACCUM.
MEDICAL OXYGEN :
Plantroom consists of Oxygen cylinders accommodated with manifold connected by flexible copper pig tail pipe – Oxygen from Cylinder passes on through out Manifold to Control Panel. The pressure of the Oxygen is at 2250 psi which is controlled and regulated by the control panel. There is alarm signal and automatic change over system of the oxygen passage from one bank to the other Bank. Through control panel the out put pressure of the oxygen gas will be regularized at 60 psi and oxygen gas passes on to the entire pipe line to the outlet points fixed at different medical wards and from the outlet point the
Gas will go on to the patient through Oxygen Flow meter or Anaesthesia equipment.
MEDICL NITROUS OXIDE (N2O)
Plant room consists of Nitrous Oxide cylinders accommodated with manifold connected by flexible copper pig tail pipe – Nitrous Oxide from Cylinder passes onthrough the Manifold to the Control panel.. The pressure of the Nitrous Oxide is at 750 psi which is controlled and regulated by the control panel. There is alarm signal and automatic change over system of the Nitrous oxide passage from one bank to the other. Through control panel the out put pressure of the N2O gas will be regulated at 60 psi and N2O gass passes on to the entire pipe line at 60 psi to the outlet points fixed at Operation Theatre. This Medical Gas N2O will be used for Anaesthetia purpose.
MEDICAL VACCUM PLANT.
Two stand by Reciprocarted vaccum pump connected with vaccum receivers in various ranges as per our requirement. This system is totally automatic with on/off pressure control panel. Vaccum pump creates dry vaccum in the Receiver. The Receiver is conncted
to the Centralised Pipeline. Vaccum passes on through Centralised Pipe line to the Out let point. At the Out let point vaccum is used to the patient by Ward Vacum Units or Theatre Suction Trolleys
MEDICAL AIR PLANT
Two standby Air Compressos:
AIR FROM ATMOSPHERE pumped to Air Receiver having different capacities of storage. It will go to Air Drier which will separate the Water and moisture from Atmosphere Air and purify it and after purification the pressure of the Medical Air Gas will be regulated at 60 psi (4 kgs.) and it will be delivered to the pipe line through which it will be put on to outlet point. And from outlet point the Gas will go to the Ventilator on the occasion of life saving activity to a life risk patient.

A Team of Service Engineers is always be alert to provide full service and maintenance support.
One year Guarantee from the date of Commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline System against any manufacure defect.
