Copper Piping:

Solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized, non arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased material conforming to BS-6017/1981m TABLE 2 (Cu-DHP) and manufactured as per BS-2871/1971 Part I Table X.

Fittings:

Plastic Saddles: for surface mounting pipes of different sizes firmly on the wall. This support should be provided to ensure that the pipes do not sag. The spacing between the each clamp should not exceed 40”.Elbows, Tees and Reducers shall be used of copper make for connecting to the copper pipeline and brass fittings to be used for outlet points

Fabrication System:

Before installation, all pipes, valves and fittings shall be cleansed and degreased and copper and Brass fittings shall be gas welded with copper and silver. Entire pipeline starting to end point dummy and filled with 20 kg. Pressure with leak proofing and 24 hours lock testing. The entire pipeline will be painted with enamel paint as per color code.

Oxygen Manifold System and Control Panel:

2 X 20 CYLIDERS Oxygen Manifold should be capable of withstanding Pressure along with high pressure copper annealed Tail pipes with end brass adapter suitable for oxygen cylinders and manifold. Top frame comprising of high pressure copper pipes with high pressure brass fittings made of high tensile brass and connections through non return valves. The design of middle and bottom frames will be provided to fit both round and the bottom cylinders safely. The manifold should be tested hydraulically at 5000 PSI pressure.

Control Panel:

 

Control Panel should have two first stage regulators, each capable of delivering 120 psig outlet pressure. The First stage regulator should be connected to the second stage regulator which will deliver an outlet pressure of 60 psi. The First two regulators meant for first stage will be capable of switchover system incorporated from “Running” to “Reserve” bank due to differential pressure.

The Control Panel should provide for two individual content contact pressure gauges to indicate the cylinder pressure in the two wings of the manifold and common pressure gauges to indicate the delivery/line pressure. Control panel should have audio alarm for bank changeover. The control panel should have built in distant signal lamp indications for changeover. Control panel should be covered with suitable cover indicating the respective services. Control should be provided with transformer to ensure safe operation by low voltage.

Anesthetic Gas Scavenging system (Imported)
Ventury system with individual operation compiling EN TYPE (imported) with probe. The scavenging inlet is designed for safe removal of surplus anesthetic as and explosive gas mixture from the operating theater. The scavenging system inlet is designed o meet the latest ad most rigid type NFPA 99 requirements an the EN37 standard

Gas Outlet Points:

Double lock Self sealing. The Gas outlet should be surface mounted. It should be non interchangeable for specific gas and accept only correct medical gas adapter. The down tube of the specific gas should be brazed with brass bracket of the outlet, Thereafter brass bracket should be fixed in wall. Self Sealing valve should be screwed with the front portion of brass bracket and it should be covered by Plastic cover duly color coded as per specific gas. The gas outlet should be of 100% self sealing type so that at the time o removal of probe, it should stop gas flow automatically The design of this gas outlet and adapter should be such that it can be installed vertically on walls, horizontally on ICCU Panel and also vertical to fit in pendants.

Isolation Valves:

All valves should be suitable for the pipe dia and should be of non lubricated 900 turn lever ball valves having opening by quarter turn of handle. Sizes should be appropriate for copper pipes with screw threaded ends all valves should be pneumatically tested for twice the working pressure and degreased for Medical gas service before supply

Ward Vacuum Unit:

The ward suction unit capacity 600/1000/2000 ml. is designed for minimum servicing and high efficiency.

Regulator body which houses an ON/OFF knob, regulation knob, vacuum gauge graduated in M bar.

The ON/OFF knob allows the operator to start or stop suction by turning the switch.

With regulation knob operator can set the amount of vacuum required.

The jar is made of polycarbonate transparent and unbreakable autoclave at 134 0 C

A well proven fluid control trap (safety) fitted on the unit automatically and efficiently shut off vacuum fully, preventing the transfer of liquid to the vacuum regulator, pipeline and pump.

 

 

Theatre Vacuum Trolley:

The basic JMS Theater trolley consists of a stand base mounted on four castor wheels made of plastic molded and pole incorporating tow no’s 2000 ml. jar (made of transparent & unbreakable polycarbonate) is of aluminium duly anodized and rust proof.

2no’s jar fitted in trolley are autoclavable at 134 0

Vacuum regulator fitted with TST, Is made of aluminium duly anodized and cap is made of ABS.

Line Pressure Alarm

The area line pressure alarm system monitor the pressures of medical gases like oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, compressed air and vacuum levels at the specific area of piped gas system in any hospital. The electronic circuitry is such that if the pressure/vacuum in the gas pipeline drops below the preset limit the equipment would give an audio visual alarm. On actuating the acknowledgement button, the buzzer will stop but LED should continue to glow till the alarm condition changes to normal.. Material: Powder coated aluminum sheet is used. 50 mm dia display gauges marked 0 to 7 kg./Cm2.

Digital Line Pressure Alarm

The Monitor Indicates the Pressure of Oxygen, nitrous Oxide Air and Vacuum.

When the pressure in the line goes up/down the limit the alarm starts to blow

Normally the LCD Dial indicates the reading in Green when the pressure goes up/down the limit the LCD Dial shows the reading in Red color.

The Cabinet of the Alarm is made of Powder coated Aluminium/Fiber.

The Alarm will be mounted on the wall

 

 

Ceiling Swiveling Pendant

.Gases outlet/ Switch-Socket/ Motor Socket/Nurse call system can be fitted on middle portion of the bed console unit after cutting the aluminium sheet as per hospital requirement.
